Nitric Oxide!!

Nitric Oxide!!

Hi everybody and welcome! It’s Judy here. Today, I’m thrilled to close out our series on supplements with a conversation about one of my all-time favorites. Today, my friends, it’s all about the magic of beets and the nitric oxide they bring to our bodies. 🌱

Let’s get this clear first – **oxygen is the elixir of life**. Yep, you heard it! More than glucose, more than those essential fats and proteins. How long can we live without oxygen? Just about seven minutes. So, I want to let you in on something that can make the most of the oxygen we breathe in, especially for those of us hitting those 50s, 60s, and the wonderful 70s!

**High blood pressure**, **decreased circulation**, and that oh-so-familiar **fatigue** are all too common after 50. But, we’re not down for the count! There’s a solution. Something natural and full of wonder. Enter the beet. Not just any beet – but beet supplements that are rich in nitrates. These nitrates in our bodies convert to nitric oxide. And guess what? Nitric oxide dilates our blood vessels, boosts circulation, helps lower blood pressure, and makes our body’s oxygen use super efficient!

For the curious minds, there’s a product I’ve come across called **Super Beets**. It’s basically beet power packed into a scoop. Now, I’m not here to sell you this specific product (there are other great ones out there!), but it’s something to consider. Especially if, like me, you don’t want your kitchen looking like a crime scene from all the beet juice. 😅

Interestingly, nitric oxide isn’t just for the everyday Jane and Joe. Even elite athletes are tapping into its power for better performance. So whether you’re prepping for a marathon, or just looking to feel a tad more energized during your daily routines, nitric oxide from beets might be your secret weapon.

Trust me, life beyond 50 can be as vibrant and lively as ever, maybe even better. Dive into your second half with vigor and zeal. And remember, always look for ways to make it better than the first 50! ❤️
