4-part Live Streamed series, personal fitness expert Judy Torel addresses the challenge of weight loss for men in a whole lifestyle approach. This 4 sessions program runs 90 minutes every other week for 8 weeks (4 sessions) from 7:30 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. EST.  Each week comes with support documents for you to follow the program. First session is on the eating plan, second is the fitness plan, third is mental self talk to keep you on the plan, fourth is supplements to aid your success on the plan. Live streaming is great for men looking for that extra community group support from other participants!
