This private Facebook group is specifically designed for women over 50 in weight loss and health. Many in this group are part of one of my programs and use this group as an additional support arm in their journey. Some members of this group are considering one of my programs and this gives them a good taste and start on their journey. There is a $50 initiation fee to become a valuable member of this community.
