Fusion With HITT

Class Description – Two circuits of body toning exercises, followed by intervals of cardio, and finishing with a yoga cool down.

Class Description – This in studio only workout consists of a dynamic warm up followed by resistance stations where each participant performs the station and moves to the next in a circuit.  Judy is there to spot and help with form for safe execution.  The goal of this class is to lift at a loading level that increases bone density and muscle especially for women who have approached and past peri/post menopause.  This protocol is also appropriate for Men over 50 looking to gain muscle with minimal injury risk.
