6 Month Health Coaching Package 

This is a remote coaching package that consists of bi-weekly coaching sessions for 6 months conducted via live remote online sessions. 

This package is for people 50+ who are looking for help in making improvements to their daily practices towards specific goals. I specialize in weight loss for 50+ women and men. Working on specific patterns of thinking identified to change behavioral patterns involving food and exercise, we target specific changes customized to your process. You are given 2 week specific goals to work on each session along with support materials to actualize these goals. The program is progressive and builds off the session before over the course of 6 months. Women in peri-post menopause need specific changes for weight loss at this stage of life. Men over 50 cannot do the same behaviors as when younger to lose the belly or chest fat.

We identify your goals in the first health history session and then outline specific behaviors we will target to change to reach these goals and then set up a schedule over the next 6 months to ensure achievement of these goals.

This is an advance coaching package that is highly goal oriented and designed for people who thrive on high achievement and having a structured plan to follow.

This is a 6 month commitment and only if you are serious and ready to take a non-negotiable position on achieving your goals should you sign up for this plan. This is not a meal plan or exercise plan. It is a targeted goal oriented Health Coaching Package with very specific and measurable goals as the target.
