My philosophy is based on a bio-psycho-social individuality model in which the goal is to evaluate if current lifestyle habits such as eating, exercise, stress management and other self-care practices are best serving your goals.
In a one-hour consultation we evaluate if your current practices are moving you towards your body goals or if they need to be individualized to meet your particular body needs and circumstances. This is a one-hour session billed at $200.
I conduct an extensive daily habit patterns question session and also cover health history, physical measures (I may have sent directions ahead of this session, so I have data such as body composition analysis and a couple days of food journals, sleep journals, etc.)
At the end of this session, you receive specific behavioral steps to initiate immediately. We may discuss a series of sessions if it is determined in this session to be beneficial. But you will leave this session with applicable suggestions as to how optimize the results you want to achieve.
